Narcissist Magazine recently had the privilege of meeting Uzumaki Cepeda, the founder and lead designer of Uzumaki Gallery, at ComplexCon. As a Los Angeles-based contemporary textile artist, Uzumaki’s work spans a diverse range of mediums, including installations, furniture, paintings, and clothing. Her distinctive style, characterized by vibrant colors and immersive textures, has earned her widespread recognition. At ComplexCon, Uzumaki Gallery’s booth, in partnership with JBW Watches, showcased an intriguing blend of her artistic vision with the precision and elegance of timepieces. This collaboration highlighted Uzumaki’s unique ability to fuse her artistic sensibilities with functional design, creating an experience that was both visually striking and deeply engaging for the attendees.
